楊震牙科診所 – 牙醫助護 Dental Surgery Assistant

Job Purpose 職位目的:
Works closely with dental surgeons and dental service coordinator in dental clinic to provide safe and quality dental care and services to patients.
與牙科診所的牙科醫生和牙科服務協調員密切合作，為病人提供安全、優質的牙科護理和服務。
Job Responsibilities主要工作職責:
- Assist dental surgeons in examination procedures and treatment operation; 輔助牙醫為病人提供口腔檢查及牙科治療／手術的工作；
- Serve as a backfill for general duties in service counter, such as handling patients’ enquiries, incoming calls, appointment bookings, receive payment…etc.; 在需要時負責診所接待工作，例如處理病人查詢、接聽來電查詢及預約、收費等；
- Keep clinic and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic; 保持診所及所有用具清潔、整齊及衞生；
- Assist in stock taking and replenish materials/drug for the clinic to ensure sufficient supplies; 協助點算及補充診所物資／藥物，以確保物資充足；
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior; 完成上司委派之工作；
- Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Organization’s levels. 參與機構／診所委派的項目。
Requirements 職位要求與資歷:
- Form 5 or above; 中五或以上程度；
- 1 year or above relevant experience; 1年或以上相關工作經驗；
- Priority given to those graduated from Dental Nursing / Dental Surgery Assisting or related programs; 修畢牙科護理學／牙科手術助理員或相關課程者優先；
- Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn; 開朗、細心、以客為本及願意學習的態度；
- Responsible and teamwork spirit; 具責任感及團隊工作精神；
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin); 良好中英文書寫及表達能力（包括國語）;
- Possess with basic computer knowledge; 懂基本電腦文書操作；
- 44 hours per week, 5.5 days per week (alternative Saturdays); 每週工作44小時，五日半工作（長短週）；
- Night shift work (18:00-21:00) will be arranged if necessary. 如有需要，需輪值夜診（下午6時至晚上9時）。
